30th Annual SAG Awards Nominees Announced

The nominees for the 30th annual Screen Actors Guild Awards were revealed, with “Succession” leading the television categories and “Barbie” and “Oppenheimer” dominating the film nominations. Issa Rae and Kumail Nanjiani announced the nominees, with Rae receiving nods for her roles in “Barbie” and “American Fiction.” The awards ceremony will be streamed live on Netflix on Feb. 24.

Some of the notable nominees include Bradley Cooper, Colman Domingo, and Cillian Murphy for Male Actor in a Leading Role, and Annette Bening and Margot Robbie for Female Actor in a Leading Role. Sterling K. Brown, Willem Dafoe, and Ryan Gosling are among the nominees for Male Actor in a Supporting Role, while Emily Blunt and Penélope Cruz are nominated for Female Actor in a Supporting Role.

In the television categories, Brian Cox, Billy Crudup, and Sarah Snook received nominations for their performances in drama series, while Brett Goldstein and Jason Sudeikis were recognized for their work in comedy series. “Succession” and “Ted Lasso” are among the shows nominated for Outstanding Ensemble in their respective categories.

The nominees also include stunt ensembles from popular films and television series like “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3” and “The Mandalorian.” Overall, the 30th Annual SAG Awards promise to be a star-studded event celebrating the best in acting talent.
